Scoop for steak online says 4oz. The line worker put 6 squares of steak on my burrito. When I asked for a little more, she... scooped one more piece on there. I have to correct my earlier comment. Went to this location yesterday on my way back home to give the management piece of my... mind. When got there San one of the employee (who was also there the day when picked my order/had a good conversation) whorecognized me n greeted me. I showed him the picture about stuff for yesterday. Although none of this was his fault but heimmediately apologized for the messed up ordered n offered me a replacement order which he said will prepare himself to makesure all the fillings I want are in there. This was really nice of him to go beyond his normal duties for which I strong think nurge the management to recognize Sam for an excellent customer service n getting me to rewrite my negative comments, The way hetreated me with respect n compassion, Sam needs to be acknowledged. I hope someone in the management goes through customerreviews as these review comments by reviewers like me n others are a way for management to know about any deficiencies, good nbad things about the establishment. The Worst place to order food from. First last 2 times my order (did through Uber Eats) wasnever received (supposedly)-, (was told to use Chipotle App-why should 1 has to??), ended up wasting half hour waiting for myorder(thanks to the lady who was kind enough to entertain my order). This time Yesterday, what I got instead of a Burrito, was aTortilla with some Chicken only, what a joke but I am not laughing. This chain is overpraised by people, not worthy of a singlegood word. Staff is rude and incompetent, they were OUT of 2 proteins, 2 frescas, 1 rice, & Out Of Guacamole. Chipotle, had no Guacamole. -... Cashier called us back up because 'their system sometimes doesn't charge' after she told us we were good. Avoid. Read more
The girl skimped me out on everything. The rice didn?t even cover the bottom, and I found a hair in my food.
Food is great. Friendly staff. Orders are exact. But chips? stale. I asked for replacement and the new bag of chips were stale.

This tends to be one the worst Chipotles around town, but it's closest to my home. Prices have gotten really high, but their... food remains excellent. They seem to run out of stuff fairly frequently. I've seen them run out of chips, guacamole, ice tea,and several meats in recent trips. Read more
