Ordered my food and waited at the cash register for 10 minutes with a line backed up with 15 or more people only to be told they... can?t take card. Who carry?s cash on them? They always out of something Specialy STEAK ! If you knoe you sell out why not make more/inventory ? .. PLUS They dont even let... you knoe ahead of time so you dont have to wait in the long as line for nothing ! Its not hard to get a pen & paper tape to doorb4 walking in ! Read more
Great food when they get it right. Ordering in person always gives a larger portion than ordering ahead.
They were out of a lot of things. No barbacoa, guac, pico de gallo ???? Not something I would recommend to people. My kids... really wanted bean and cheese burritos so we stayed but I was not impressed. And the girl helping us was not helpful. Herattitude made the experience worse. My husband and I went to Chipotle at 10:45am today. They opened just 15 minutes prior to us walking in. They tried to sell us... their day old pork! They mixed it to try to make it look better (picture was taken after they mixed it). This is terrible! Icould?ve gotten sick from day old pork they had sitting out since last night! They didn?t care to bring out any fresh pork eventhough they knew the pork they were trying to sell was old and I requested fresh pork. It didn?t matter to them. The location waa clean and the employees were all very pleasant. The serving size was very good and the food was delicious! So... far, this is the only location in Bakersfield that has honored my request for a mountain of cheese! Read more
Perfectly typical Chipotle restaurant. This place used to have some issues in terms of staffing and the fact that the credit... card machine only worked 50% of the time. Happy to see that these are no longer a problem. Worker friendliness is back up to alevel you would expect, in-store technology works reliably, restaurant is clean, and the offerings are savory and filling. Read more
