Very rude employees and the manager knows nothing about customer service? the employee was literally screaming at a customer in... front of all the other customers because he asked him to put hot sauce in the sandwich he literally said ? you can open thesandwich and add some yourself ? and when the manger came from inside she did absolutely nothing about it. This is one of my most favorite spots to eat when I am in the mall or even when I want a delicious hot samich!!! I love how you... get to watch them make it right infront of you. I take advantage of their stamp card that gives you a free sandwich after youbuy 8. It is well worth it to me. Read more
