I eat here every once in a while. And the one thing I truly want to praise this location for is how they make their lettuce... wrapped burgers. When I get them at other locations they are messy and lacking on enough lettuce to hold properly. This locationat Stine and White Lane does it right. I always enjoy it and they always look good. If I could give no stars I would. I ordered the new battered chicken sandwich and the 3 strip chicken. The chicken sandwich was... only trash worthy, it was burnt on the outside and tough on the inside. The strips looked like calamari, it was just like crispyburnt skins or something. No chicken breast to be found. They didn't have the special that had just came out on TV, they didn'thave the spicy chili sauce that is advertised. 20 dollars later and I got a shake that was consumable, although the lid lookedlike it was recycled... Not sure what went wrong with our chicken sandwiches, but they were terrible. The chicken was impossible to eat or even take a... bite of, it for sure wasn't chicken breast, not sure what part of the chicken they breaded to make those sandwiches. I went thru drive thru with only 1 other car in front of me. Waited appx 3 mins to order then another 5 or 6 mins in line before... I was given this. 1 dry pressed bun, 3 pieces of left over breakfast bacon, 1 thin slice cheese which was mostly melted off thetop of the recently fried frozen piece of tyson chicken topped off with some sloppy sticky sweet sour sauce. Went through the drive through as I was on my lunch hour. I ordered the Chicken Sandwich because the Picture look great. I got... home and took it out and I cant believe they call it a Hand Breaded Chicken Sandwich. It was almost laughable. It wasridicules. The Beyond Famous with cheese was so tasty I went to another Carl's and had another for dinner. I tried the beyond burgers when... they first came out and they were just meh. Whatever they did to reformulate them definitely made a difference because this ismy item of choice to order now. I even like it better than the impossible whopper. The service the staff provided was good,fast and I received exactly what I ordered, which is always great. Read more
