I give a low rating because compared to other similar restaurants, this one does not deserve a good rating. This applies to the... service as well as the taste of the food. the food was not tasty. I ordered shrimp. They fell apart, the sauce seemeddiluted, not tasty. Customer service is at a low level. No one came to the table, we had to go and ask each time to bring uslemons, salt, aprons, gloves. I would not come here again. Read more
Horrible service. I literally needed to go in front to get everything. They provided no aprons, gloves or seasoning( salt and... pepper). I was going to them and asking for every single item. That's awful. But the most disgusting thing that the hair was inthe bag. I almost ate a shrimp with hair!!!!!!!!! PEOPLE BE AWARE !!! My wife and I went to go eat there. The girl at the counter was too busy being on her phone at first she didn’t acknowledge... us. I told her we were dinning in for two. She proceeded to give us the menu and told us “when your ready come up to thecounter and order.” Once we order and got the food she never went by our table again. What ever we needed something we had toget up and ask for it at the counter. The girl at the counter would give us an attitude when we did ask for anything. Its an okay place. The service was slow and nonchalant. We had the pound of of shrimp with the Captain choice. "All 3 sauces... together" it was good but the shrimp was slightly over cooked. It had a rubbery texture. The oysters did not taste fresh. Onevisit was enough for me. Read more
