OK. I like Burger King food more than most other fast food places, but this BK is a disgrace. The parking lot let's you know... what to expect. It's full of potholes and is in terrible condition. I had to steer through homeless to get my space. Therewas nobody to he seen behind the counter when I walked in. Eventually, I placed my order (no thank you) and to find a table. Most of the tables were dirty. They have a very large dining area. It should have been wasy to find a vlean placr to eat myfood. I got my food and left as soon as possible. I would have filled out one of their surveys, but the receipt was unreadablebecause their printer needs service. Read more
Waited in drive thru 20 mins for 1 whopper. Rude female employees. Not even as busy as the McDonald's across the street and yet... very slow. I rather drive over to the Burger King on Merle Haggard Drive, fast & friendly. Read more
We went to this Burger King tonight September 23rd about a half hour ago around 7:30 p.m. when we ordered at the drive-thru we... pull up and just for 2 minutes we need to see what we want to order I know Burger King does not have a menu before the actualdrive-thru speaker the way that Jack in the box does that way you already know what you want in advance but we didn't even takethat long and the girl was rushing us before we even got started and then after my husband ordered his combo I said hang on aminute because he wanted to say no mayo etc and the girl kept saying is that it over and over? Also he ordered a bacon burgerand it came without bacon it might seem like a minor thing but when you pay outrageous prices for food and inflation is the wayit is you should get what you ordered and I can see it if we were actually holding people up in the Drive-Thru but we didn'teven take that long and there was nobody behind us and then when we got up to the window we still had to wait to be acknowledgedwhile she got our order together about 15 minutes Read more

I am so surprised that so plenty parking lot and tables to grab seating. Basic good customer service. Drive thru so fast and car... accident free. Burger is so small only if you ask this burger to be medium. Extra money to be large burger. Ouch. Good taste Ienjoyed. Read more
Air dosent work. Understaffed rude. Unavailable products. No frozen drinks so I asked for water and they charged us 50cent for... small cup of water. Manager super sweaty and making food without gloves. I will never ever go there again and will be sure tostart spreading the word Read more
Unclean premises, finished products cold and soaked in grease, and coffee is poured with grounds with condiments served in... plastic cup. BK Customer Service called multiple times without resolution and I cannot recommend this to anyone. Waste of timeand money for a miserable experience. Read more
