Joselyn was great! Very outgoing and fun! Made our experience here better. Kept checking on us to make sure we were good.... Normally we don’t get good service and the food tastes like it’s been sitting under the heat lamp for a long time but withjoselyn everything came out fast tasted good and she was very friendly. If you ever have a server named Joscelyn(Big Woman, dark hair) then you better change your server. One of the worst service by... far in Bakersfield I've ever received, the server ruined a birthday dine we were having that day, 1. she took too long to ask usfor refills so I had to ask two refills from two different employees there(they are nice), 2. When she served our food to thetable, she forcefully moved the tray out of my hand before setting it down to my brother, 3. She didn't ask us if we neededanything else after we finished eating even though we were going to ask for ice cream, so she leaves the receipt and was gonefor a literal 10 MINUTES, 4. shortly after that she served us ice cream without a spoon.... without spoons or even a fork thenshe disappeared for another 5 minutes.... we asked another employee whered our fantastic server went and he brought up how shewas a troubled server(not mentally troubled), so she came back and ignored us until we called her(wow), then she gave us 1 fork,so 1 fork for 2 orders of ice cream, like WOW ????5. The most petty thing I've seen by far, after waiting another 10minutes(lmao) she received our payment knowing she wasn't going to get a tip, so what does she do? She never came back so shecan keep that sweet 10 dollar change ahh yes, but we weren't gonna let her do that so we asked the manager to give us our changeafter another 10 minutes and let him know about what a wonderful server Joscelyn has been. This is such a fun place to grab some drinks and/or watch a game. There's dozens of TV's with ample seating - I've only seen... this place packed down for Super Bowl or a major bout. Food is tasty and affordable - especially during Happy Hour or LateNight! Read more
My first experience here was wonderful. Our server, Brittany, was awesome. We sampled their flavors and had an amazing luncheon.... This was my grandsons request for a treat before he went to his first day of school at a brand new school, and he picked a greatestablishment. I also loved the fact they give Veteran’s discounts. Always really liked this place when I was in college many years ago. Now it become a prominent chain restaurant in many towns... across the US, I think it has lost a little bit of the magic of what makes it great. When we visited yesterday it was veryunderstaffed. Our server tried its best to make the worst situation manageable but I won’t consider it a great experience. Interms of food, many of the wings tasted blend and the hot really isn’t that hot. First time here in a while. Came and got the 10 wing lunch combo for $13. Had spicy garlic and drunken jalapeño as my flavors.... Spicy garlic is waaaaaay better. Also upgraded my fries the wedges for $1. Definitely worth it. Nice atmosphere with lots ofTVs. Read more
Great Service and prompt staff at the Take out counter. I usually order take out from this place and the staff here are friendly... and very helpful. They give you updates on when the food will be ready so you are not left out in dry waiting which is veryappreciated. The food is very delicious and I have no complaints about this place.
