I visit the VALLEY PLAZA about once a week, and used to ALWAYS have a pretzel dog while there. Now and in the last few months I... don't have a pretzel dog, because they NEVER have anything ready. They will tell you to put in an order, and wait 10 minutes. NOWAY !!!! What has happened to this place? Why can't they just continue to make them and sell them to people who want NOW. Ihave discussed this with my friends and family and everyone feels the same. They are loosing LOTS of business, and I predictthey will soon be out of the VALLEY PLAZA, because of loos of business.
