Spacious spot with OK food. What they lack in food, they make up in customer service. It?s great that they employ young kids on... BI, and give them this opportunity. They?re all great, nice kids. I usually order the same sandwich, and it?s not alwaysconsistent depending on who?s working but I don?t go there for the food but the convenience when I have a million things to doand just need some fuel. I do wish, however, they would stop writing on the lids with chalk marker! Often, my coffee seeps a bitthrough the lid and the hot liquid picks up the chalk immediately and my lid is now floating chalk and spilled coffee. Just usea sharpie on the cup, please. Read more
Notionally interesting restaurant structure with several choices of food type. Arrangement of menus is really inconvenient for... everything but the coffee shop, as you order in front of the coffee shop and can't see the other menus. Their taproom wassomewhat understaffed and service was slow, even though there weren't many people there. The food was fairly expensive, butmostly pretty good. Their avocado toast could use some refinement. Read more
Cool market place with an espresso bar (breakfast sandwiches, etc). A regular bar (mixed drinks), a wine bar and a bottle shop... for liquor and spirits. One stop shop! Seating inside and out (with patio heaters). Read more
Food was terrible and service was mediocre. The grilled cheese was just barely warmed bread with cold cheese on it and the BLT... lacked the B and the T. Not worth it. Read more

I am a local and visit Marketplace almost daily, no other options around this side of the island, and the food on this place is... getting worse and worse by day which is a shame. All the bread and pastries are "from" Macrina, which used to be a greatbakery, but no longer. Macrina expanded and they "carefully" source their products. Basically the Starbucks equivalent for bakedgoods. A bagel with cream cheese is about $6+, and the bagels are consistently 2-3 days OLD. Really?! Macrina's truck deliversevery day and they can't serve you a fresh $6+ bagel? The egg sandwiches, frittatas used to have real eggs now, the "eggs" aresome kind egg patty you get out of a box, and taste nothing like eggs. Some of the staff are great and friendly, some other donot give a dam and dismissive. If you are visiting, do yourself a favor, go to Coquette (downtown), get yourself a real pastry,or sandwich in a real baguette, baked here in the in the island daily, by the owner. Read more
