5 Stars and here's why... I recently came back for Thanksgiving and had SP4 Northern Noodles and it was the exact same as I... remember and it always has been. This is not great Thai food. Well the food is fine, as always, but their online ordering system doesn't work. We have now been waiting over half an hour... while they try to sort it out, have been double charged, and so far almost ended up with someone else's order. The nice peoplethere seem to be well aware that online ordering is all messed up, so why doesn't the restaurant either get that fixed pronto,or remove the option for online? Read more

Amazing as always, been a staple for Bainbridge for 20+ years. Doing just to-go still but excellent service, they even just... brought it out to my car. Drunken noodles, orange beef, Sawatdy salad, and crispy parcels, doesn't get better than this in NorthAmerica. Read more

Late last Friday night, 7/1, we ordered take out. My wife's entre came with greens that were brown spotted, brown around the... edges. Disgusting.They said we should have returned it. I said I lived a half hour away so that wasn't feasible. Then she saidwe should have returned it or called on Saturday. I guess calling on Sunday fell outside their window of responsibility. Theissue wasn't important to her. Avoiding customer service was the priority. I'm not a complainer and have never done thisbefore. Read more
