she said original or extra crispy. i said whatever is fresh. she said its all fresh then gave me this trash
1) Got my order wrong. 2) Chicken breast was 1/4 size of a regular chicken breast. 3) The person taking order was in rush and... keep forgetting my order details. The staff was very polite, but they only gave me half of my order after they told me to wait on the side of building for it.... They said it would only take 6 minutes, which turned into 10, so I didn't think twice. After getting home (an hour away) andnoticing that the order was wrong. I tried to call and the number listed, and it goes to a fax machine. Read more
The dining room was closed but there no note on door or in the app when I ordered. The app said the order was ready but we were... told to pull up and wait when we arrived. They gave us a coleslaw instead of fries and when we drove back to get it fixed theysaid they were out of fries, and that's why they put in a coleslaw. The food was standard for KFC but honestly this was such afrustrating experience. Read more
Soooo sad? they gave us the wrong items, ordered the pot pie but got a bowl. The tender piece looks so small it is literally as... big as a finger. Fries are filled only half in the little box. I?m so sorry but there were so many things wrong it is justreally sad. Read more
This is the first time I?ve been at KFC since 2006 and believe me I was not upset. The chicken sandwich was good, definitely... contender to Chick-fil-A. The fries were Poppin. The biscuit was fairly dry but the macaroni and cheese made up for it. Read more
I never even knew KFC delivered food! Well, they don't. They deliver it via a third party. So I used Grubhub to get a Tenders... Share Meal which came with potato wedges and also ordered a large beverage (unsweetened iced tea). The website even had atracker and their ETA was spot on. Only mistake was they tried to deliver it to the building next door and that was MY mistakebecause I mistyped the building number. The chicken and wedges was hot the tea was cold and very refreshing. They only gave metwo packets of the dipping sauce I wanted but still, for the price it was okay. In fact the total cost, with delivery fee, tax,and tip, was less than many other delivery places. I paid for what many places make you pay for just the dish or sides. I giveKFC delivery five stars. Updated - Ordered a few chicken sandwiches, the Chickens Little Combo with Wedges and Mountain Drew. Ialso ordered a Large Sierra Mist was I was pretty thirsty. The order arrived on time and everything looked good. Noproblems. Addition - ordered a couple more times from KFC. One time ordered a 2 Piece Drum and Thigh Combo with the PotatoWedges and a Sierra Mist. Also added a Large Mountain Dew. Problem they were running late so they changed the ETA...and thenwere still later than they said. Now, they must have known the driver was going to be late because they made the Sierra Mist aLarge and tossed in a chocolate chip cookie. Plus a biscuit...unless those come with the Combo? Which was nice of them, kindof a way to apologize for being late. Only problem was the ice in both drinks had melted so what I ended up with was two Largecold waters that tasted, slightly, of some kind of citrus drink. The last order was also delayed and the ETA pushed back. Butthis time they were able to deliver it on the new time. This time I ordered a 3 Piece Combo with Potato Wedges and Iced Tea. I don't even want to give 1 star I ordered a 16 piece chicken family meal was given 3 sauces when I asked for at least 3 more... sauces I was told I'd have to pay extra for them. $48.00 worth of food and I'm only allowed 3 sauces I will not be returning. Read more
