My husband, myself and our son went there for lunch today 11/6/21. That place is THE BEST BBQ I've ever had! We enjoyed it... tremendously! Tim, the owner was so kind and is an amazing pit-master. We had pulled pork, brisket sandwiches and a 1/2 chicken,a sausage link and a chicken leg, potato salad and baked beans! I HIGHLY recommend this place. Read more
I just tried the Smiling Pig in Bailey? (a Trailer next to Chimney Doctor) I have tried every barbecue place up here from Grant... to Golden and not only is this the best barbecue up here by light-years it might be the best barbecue I?ve had since the year Ilived in Kansas City in the 90s. The owner Tim is a true pit master?. Unfortunately at this point they just open Saturdays andSundays but it is definitely worth trying.? Read more
