Always pretty packed. Cold stone is pretty expensive so I'm used to ghe prices. Staff is pretty nice and helpful for the most... part. Store is super small considering the volume of customers they get at any given time. I ordered something for my dad and iand said it was to go and they handed me each thing i ordered with a spoon in it so i had to toss it out and ask for a lidmultiple times so i could bring it home. Came here on a Tuesday with two kids. Upon entering the store we were not greeted. There was no other customers in the store. We... waiting for about 3-5 minutes before someone asked how they could help us. There were multiple employees talking amongsttheirselves and no one greeted us. My 10 year old brother even said wow no one said hello. For a child to not feel welcomed,says a lot. Read more
Ordered sweet cream ice cream with Oreo cookies but cold stone only sent me vanilla ice cream. My order was missing the Oreos... that I paid for. I just ordered breyers ice cream and Oreos on Amazon fresh so I can make that bleep at home. I will no longerbe purchasing from cold stone. Read more
Love the smoothies and shakes. The texture of the ice cream is a bit too 'buttery' (for lack of a better explanation). The... sorbets are good though. Unfortunately, there's no space to sit down inside or outside. Read more
Small location so the lines are long. With that said though you might wait to order or purchase, the wait wont be too long. It's... very fast pace once it's your turn though you aren't rushed. Ice cream is always good and there's a lively energy. Not muchseating for groups bigger than 3. Overall pretty good. Read more
