They have a good variety of tacos and Mexican plates. Food is down to earth, and taste amazing. Outside seating was comfortable... in the shade with a nice California breeze. I highly recommend try this local taco shop. Read more
Disappointing service, got hot wings and got plain ones , i also order a taco order and didn't give any onion or anything even... if order with everything. After waiting to get my order ready ,they forgot to make my drinks . When i told them didn't evenremember what the order was. I've been there before and always give a decent service but this time was really bad....i don'tthink I'll ever be back Read more
The tacos were great but it was the people that made me love the place. They are very nice and accommodateing. They also run a... fun program where you are able to buy tacos for those in need. If someone is in need of a taco they have it posted on the side. It'll say something like free taco. You are able to buy it for someone in need. Read more
My bf and I took a trip and stayed in Azusa. The service, the food, the music/atmosphere! Everything was great! The cashier... helped us figure out what we wanted to try & it was SO FRESH, our stomachs didn't hurt afterwards!! ???? We shared the superking burrito (which I had to take the rest of my half to-go) & shared the shrimp cocktail (which is the Monday special). Thenthat night we came back & I got the fried fish, which had SO MUCH MEAT with it, I had to share that with my bf too! Thanks againfor the great vibes! All the way from NY! ? Read more
Ok in a pinch, but at these prices I expected better. Much better. Here?s the breakdown and pictures of the food. Fish taco... $2.48. Small piece of fish, mostly breading with lettuce on two tortillas. Flavors were ok. Shrimp taco $3.73. Slightly largerpieces of shrimp compared to the fish taco, but again lots of breading. Taste = ok Torta de milanesa $10.23. Was hopefulcompared to the tacos, but meat was a little dry and there wasn?t much of it. Mostly lettuce with a couple pieces ofavocado. Last but not least, menudo. What I was craving and while it hit the spot, it was again just Ok. At $12.36, expected abit more. I asked for pata, which they included but there was no meat on the pata. Just bones. The great thing about menudo iseven if it lacks flavor, you can always add seasoning. This order didn?t include oregano and dried chili, but thankfully orderedenough menudo in my day to have some in the cupboard. Along with lots of squeezed lemon, onions, cilantro and some super spicyred chili oil (also from a past order of menudo) was able to satisfy my craving. Another thing to work on is their salsa ormore like hot sauce. It had the taste and consistency of tapatio sauce than a salsa. It tasted ok, just not what I like on myMexican food. The pluses? Came with lots of lemons, radishes, onions and cilantro. Also came with a free side of chips.Delivery time was really good too, but that?s not necessarily the restaurants doing but they did play their part. I?ve beenwanting to try this place, but maybe I should try their specialty which looks like rotisserie chicken and get my torta fromLolita?s or Tito?s, fish and shrimp taco from Tacos Ensenada or Taco Nazo and will have to keep searching to good menudo. Best rotisserie pollo Ive ever had. Amazing rice. Delicious beans. We got the family pack with two chickens, large rice, large... beans, salsa, and tortillas. Lasted for about three meals each for three adults, can't beat that for the price. We will be backfor sure to try more of the menu, but believe me, the rotisserie chicken is off the wall incredible.
