Beyond disappointed. What the hell is this? I just ordered chicken nachos from this Juan pollo restaurant, and was given what... you see in this picture. This did not match what was shown in the menu. The menu showed it had tomatoes, cheese, sour cream, allthat good stuff, etc. So, my kid went up to the employee and asked what was included in the chicken nachos, because he clearlydidn?t get what I was expecting. This young lady told my kid ?the sauces are on the side? and she literally gave us only onesauce for all those damn nachos. Then, I myself told her, but what you gave us does not look like what it shown on the menu atall, and this disrespectful young lady says ?well it?s not gonna look exactly the same as the menu? and also said ?we are out ofthe cheese that?s why? after we had already paid. So I said ?You should have said something before hand miss.? And there shewent on her phone completely ignoring us and not even acknowledging what was wrong. I have tried to order a chicken bowl twice now and each time around dinner time 6-7pm, I am told ?we do not have any more... shredded chicken, just whole chicken is available?. Very good food and good prices. However, my only gripe is actually the eating experience. The dining area is so incredibly hot... due to the kitchen being directly attached to it that it makes it difficult to even eat there. I wouldn't assume that this was abig deal but I have eaten here multiple times and constantly considered just taking a table in the neighboring bakery. Read more
