So? the place says to be open and have happy hour from 9pm-12am but don?t go around 11:40pm, the kitchen was closing and no more... happy hour. Our servers were wonderful and we enjoyed the company we went with. However, the food was very disappointing. The chicken was... tough and chewy. It tasted like plastic. The hand battered fish tasted like something from the frozen food aisle at a market.Although our servers were great, the dining experience was a disappointment and I can't imagine returning. the cocktail was theonly part of the meal worth documenting. My wife and I love coming to this specific Applebee's. The food is always above our expectations. A couple new servers need more... guest service training, but don't get me wrong, we also have a couple servers we love to get. Had Steak, Mac n Cheese. My Steak was more Raw/bloody and I requested Med Well Slightly pink. Mac n cheese was slightly warm.... They brought me another serving of Mac n Cheese, I had them bring me a to go container, I lost my appetite by the time the Mac ncheese was brought to the table and I took my steak home for another day.
