Being a Chicago native, I was disappointed by the taste and amount of beef in the Italian beef sandwich. It tastes like it was... seasoned with Tajin and lacked the savory taste I'm accustomed to. It was sprinkled with red seasoning which is odd. Overall, Iwould not recommend Skips for Italian beefs if you're looking for authentic flavor. Read more

One of my favorite spots in town. Skips is more than just Chicago Dogs, which by the way are delicious. They have a great menu... of items to satisfy anyone. Their Philly Cheesesteak and Chicken Philly is so good. They also have burgers, hot sandwiches,fries, wings, chicken strips, etc. I always receive great customer service every visit.
