Hot coffee.. PLEASE DD bring back glazed cream filled please
I came in today with my sisters for the pumpkin spice latte we didn?t like it, they tasted like water but had the coffee color... so we were confused they all tasted bland and the teenage girl who was making them seemed like she didn?t care if they were maderight so I asked if I could please get them remade they both seemed bothered but remade them (I thank the white lady). Mysisters coffee were made better mine still didn?t taste right so I asked if I could please get my Money back or get a differentone (the teenage girl) said ?we can?t do anything about that ? ( with an attitude).I was upset because I usually am the one tobite my tongue and go home but this time I actually had the courage to say something bc it came out of my pocket if you don?tlike something say something if what I?ve learned! Stopped for breakfast and was grumpily informed by the lady behind the counter that she is not making any sandwiches, bagels... etc. Thought that was strange but then I find out that she?s only doing this because of a ?large order? she has to do ?all byherself?. Read more

Was working overnight from Sunday 9pm to 5:30am and I am going to my other full time job 7a - 3pm. I stopped in for my iced... matcha latte and a chocolate frosted donut with sprinkles. The woman behind the counter gave me the wrong donut and when I askedfor the correct one she rolled her eyes. I?m sorry if it?s early in the morning and she may have just started work but I justleft my job and am going to my other job. I have literally been awake since 6:30am Sunday morning and I do not need a rude o?lady rolling her eyes at me because she didn?t pay attention to my 2 items. Dunkin needs to start to hire people who arecustomer service friendly. I wish I read the other complaints about employees being rude and getting orders wrong because Iwould have gotten something somewhere else. Read more
It's Duncan Donuts, at home or on vacation it's the perfect start to anyway. I do have to say the Duncan's staff in Delaware &... Maryland prepared my coffee exactly the way I ordered it. The ones I shop at in, in my home state of Pa need to take note. Allyou Duncan family around the beach area...
