I waited 15 minutes in the drive thru, one car in front that already ordered and kept being told by the server I will be right... with you. Finally he took my order and I pulled up to the vehicle who had their order taken 15 minutes earlier. I saw theserver communicating with other teenagers in the car and waited another 5-10 minutes before he completed the order and gave afist bump hand shake to the person in the backseat of the car. I have never seen such slow, and unprofessional service, andwith the age of covid I don't appreciate the service fist bumping or shaking his friends hands in the drive thru. Read more
Not only did they serve me a raw French toast stick that was frozen in the middle, the French toast sticks had plastic fried... into it. The only thing I can think is when they take it out of the plastic bag whoever ripped it open somehow the plastic wasstill stuck on there cause two out of the four French toast sticks had plastic deep-fried into it. Imagine eating your foodinviting Intuit and you feel plastic in your mouth, how disgusting. It?s fast food I don?t understand how basic simple workdoesn?t educate you to pay attention to what you?re serving to customers. I did escalate this and I called the corporate officeand no one responded they said someone will call me back no one said anything. Bought a grilled chicken Ceasars salad and it took 20 minutes because they were backed up with orders, which is fine. But they... gave me a tiny side salad with breaded chicken, and a few pieces of cheese, and no Caesar dressing. No croutons, no pepper. Hisis the full size and it is not a Caesar salad. Read more
Solid Wendy's experience. My food is always good. Staff changes frequently with several very strong regulars working.... Drivethrough is either very fast or really slow on any given visit. Parking is plentiful here. Read more
