Absolutely rude and terrible customer service. Based on the other ratings I?m not surprised as they drastically need training... and better management. When I walked up neither of the two baristas said a single word to me. When I placed the Tumblr I was buying on the counter one... of them finally asked if that was all I needed. I said yes, and told her I was so excited to find this type of cup, since theone I had had broken yesterday. I tripped over my words in the process and Ivori and her curly haired friend looked at eachother, laughed at me in front of my face, gave me my total and then proceeded to be completely silent as I told THEM to have anice day and walked away. After which they had another nice little giggle. I don't even know what to say here. This wasn't justbad customer service, that's just not how you treat another person. I try to make a online purchase for 3 venti coffees and their system is down so I call the store and the lady tells me I can?t... order through the phone even if their system online isn?t working. I just visited this Starbucks while passing through Phoenix. Such nice, friendly staff that works here. It would have been nice... to be able to tip them. Why do so many Starbucks not have tip jars?
