My favorite coffee of the Fall iced pumpkin latte! I wait all year for this..my friend surprised me this morning and brought me... one to my house. My husband is at this Starbucks 1 to 2 times a week getting my daughter and I coffee. The last 2 times my drink (Vente Decaf,... Peppermint mocha, no whip & no foam) has been just above half full! Drive through person/s are always cheerful and courteous.But at almost $7.00 a cup and only get just above half!? You have made a lot of money off of us over the years? C?mon man!!! I ordered threw your app. Drove to the pick up window and my order was not correct. The employee did even attempt... to fix the order. (due to the long line) (that I had to wait in keep in mind) Lol This is a huge problem. When people spendtheir hard earned money this type of behavior is disrespectful and unacceptable!! Location is really clean and organized. Always welcoming when I'm at this location. Coffee and food is on point. Pumpkin spice... cold brew is probably the best drink for the fall paired with the overnight oats???? Read more
Customer service was great. The drive thru ran smoother than most Starbucks and both workers that I interacted with were very... professional and kind, but once I got home we discovered that my wife?s venti was not a full drink. We ordered a venti for areason and we?re given only enough drink to fill the next size down. Read more

I've gone to this Starbucks for over 10 yrs. I used to even have business chats with my employees there.
