This place started really well with great tasting burgers and good customer service but since then their service level and food... quality has declined constantly. Management, please straighten up the place and make it great again. Parking here is verydifficult as there are many stores and small restaurants that it makes it very difficult to park or even drive around. Read more
Got here 7:15 got my food at 7:50. Sweet potato fries were cold, bacon brisket burger just looked terrible, definitely not the... advertised picture, no bacon or bbq sauce. Literally burnt the cheese. Not even sure there is a patty on the sandwich, nvm Ifound it. Would not recommend this location to anyone not even if it?s free. Update: was a given a refund for sweet potatofries and burger they offered to try again but I didn?t have another 45 min to wait and I?m still hungry. Read more
Please Read the Whole Review. This past year I was diagnosed with a dairy allergy. I am 22 years old and having a whole life... with an unrestricted diet then transitioning to a diet without dairy was so much harder than it sounds. Dairy is in literallyeverything more than any other allergen in the world next to soy. It really sucks being ?that guy? that has to ask the sever andthe cook to try their best not to cross contaminate and make a special order. I makes you feel like an alien and a burden. Buttoday I ate at this Smash Burger next to Costco, a place that I used to frequent but haven?t been to since having to becomedairy free, and had such a pleasant experience. Specifically the cook Andrew was so understanding and accommodating it wasseamless. I have never felt so looked out for. He acted like he had an allergy of his own and treated me exactly how he wouldtreat himself. If all cooks and servers treated people this way the world would be a utopia. Staff wanted to go home early apparently. They shut the lights off at 9pm and were flinging full garbage bags around me while I... was eating at 8:45. Dirty table that I cleaned myself. They told two customers that came in after me that they were closed. Butif they wanted to order online they would make it. They both left. The food was delicious and as expected. Minus one star forthe service/experience and minus one more for basically telling customers to go away so you can go home right at 10 when youclose. Read more
My family wanted to try somewhere new to eat so we chose smash burger ! Hmm where do I start ! 4 burgers 2 frys and 3 orders of... Brussel sprouts! ???? the burger looked like a hot gooey mess , there was so much Mao it dripped all over .. I was truly excitedfor the Brussel sprouts but the second I put one in my mouth I was utterly disappointed ???? hard as a rock and not much flavor, I tried one more and it was mushy , not crispy like the menu said it would be ! Last but not least is the cost for a fewburgers was 90$ YOU would think for that price the food would be evenly cooked and the burgers should even wink at me orsomething ???? ! I placed my order at 1:31 fish sandwich meal with no cheese and the tartar sauce on the side, $14.61 (yes!) . I waited 15... minutes for the sandwich, then I had to wait another 3-4 minutes for the fries, so my sandwich is getting cold. I finally getthe fries at 1:53 had a meeting at 2 and planned on eating during the meeting. The sandwich had extra tartar sauce and was verysloppy. I took the food back and Sergio refunded my money for the fries and sandwich but not the drink and offered nothing else. Read more
The staff were super nice. it was during lunch and quite a few tables that were still covered in food from patrons who left.... The food was good. I had the turkey with sweet potato fries. It was aittle frustrating that I had to wait for my food to orderranch. Tried to ask at the register and was told I needed to wait for the food to come to the table to ask for it. Read more
