I had placed an order for curbside pick up I arrived to pick up my order and was there at like 4:25 for my order put in the app... that I had arrived I waited about 15 minutes since I know the restaurant is busy and could be taking them a while to bring itout when it was about like 4:44 I then realized it was taking them too long so I called the restaurant and I gave them my name Iconstantly repeated my name to him he then mention he didn?t see me in their orders but then he said okay I?ll bring it rightout so I continued to wait but I still didn?t get my order called the restaurant again at 4:57 at this point in very annoyedbecause my pick up time was at like 4:15 and it?s now like 40 minutes later and still don?t have my order the crew member askedfor my name I mentioned I have already spoke to someone that said my order will be right out but I still didn?t get anything. At5:01 I finally got my order and when she brought me my order she said a different name and my order had no sticker with thereceipt on it from the previous times I?ve order curbside it always has a receipt on it but I?m very annoyed I?ve always orderedform this canes and never had an issue until today. Waited in the drive through for 20-30 minutes and paid $17 for a single meal only to get home and find the smallest pieces of... chicken they must have had in the building. Like comically small kids McNugget size. Read more

staff is super friendly, but when you go to drive-thru and your order is confirmed, and still received your order incorrect,... it?s frustrating because now I have to get off my car and get get my order corrected. I advised the guy that I purchased 2extra sauces, to his response ?they?re on the bag? when I knew they weren?t there because he only switched the food bags with mycorrect order, and the sauces were inside the other bag, but the fact that he didn?t even looked through the order and make surethat everything is in the bag, really frustrated me. And when I say didn?t go through the order it?s because I went through itwhen he was getting the hot sauce asked for, and noticed my coleslaw wasn?t in the bag either. I didn?t mentioned anythingbecause at this point it?s frustrating when you get your order incorrect, have to get off your car, mentioned i paid for extrasauce, and didn?t even acknowledge that it wasn?t in my bag, and then to see I?m still missing items. That is really poorcustomer service by this guy. This is why I?m writing this bad experience. Read more

The main complaint about Canes is their small chicken pieces for the price. When it's good, it's very good. I have never had... Canes and didn't have to put salt on my chicken. I guess that's what the sauce is for because there's almost no flavor on thechicken itself. I had it the first time 3 years ago and I remember being impressed. Nice chicken sizes, crunchy fries, somegreat sauce and that delicious toast. Now when I go, I don't know what I'm going to get One thing is guaranteed, I'll get someof the smallest chicken strips you can get anywhere. Chicken tenders are pricey everywhere but for what you pay you should gettwice as much as you do. Their coleslaw is bland and cheap. I actually enjoy some soggy fries mixed in like at a fish and chipsplace or something like that, but the whole batch is usually soggy. Their saving grace of their toast. Very good and goodquantity but u didn't go their for bread, it shouldn't be the star. Read more
