So I'm posting this on behalf of my mother who ordered food last night and they delivered it to the wrong apartment and couldn't... get a hold of them after trying to contact them via phone all day long and when she did get through once they just gave her thenumber to corporate and hung up on her. Corporate didn't answer either. After reading some of these reviews it's clear otherpeople are having similar issues and maybe pizza hut should go in and clean house or get all new management because that's noway to run a business. The employees actually actively don?t answer the phone. They all seem nice enough. Some of the worst service/ delivery within a... 5 min delivery area. Waiting several hours for cold dry pizza is awful. The business doesn?t care about anyone in thiscommunity. They have a brand and will make money from being a big name. People will accept awful service bad food expensiveprices for only so long. Seems like other reviewers figured it out too. Wast of time/money is bottom line. Go make your own goto pizza patron(located in the same parking lot) or papa John?s (located west down the road) I wonder how legal it is for abusiness/restaurant to actively not to answer phones from customers. Oh one other thing don?t ever tip on the card ever everever. They won?t refund it. Tip in cash whenever possible as you may not end up wanting to give one. Read more
I didn?t want to give even one star but it was the lowest one that I have to give. I ordered veggie pizza with three toppings... cause we are vegetarian and we don?t eat any kind of meats, when I start eating my pizza there were pepperoni on it. It was myfirst order with them and it was worst experience. I tried to call them for replacement more than ten times but they neveranswer my call. Read more

Delivery lady was awesome, super cool. The food was great too
