Worst pilot I've been too. Trash overflowing because I was told they don't have anywhere for trash because the dumpster is full,... and also restrooms closed because I was told the store had no toilet paper! Maybe go to Walmart for TP to get you by, just anidea. How many truck drivers do you think ended up going to the bathroom in the parking lot because of this?? Read more
Very small food Selection did not have but I was looking for. To employees in the ladies room we?re talking so loud they were... almost yelling and cussing. Super unprofessional. And other staff was very dismissive of me. No place to take a dog out if youhave one in your truck. It was surrounded by homeless people that wouldn?t leave me alone and kept asking me if I wanted mywindows washed. We both felt unsafe. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Parking lot fills up fast . Selection of sodas limited for anything diet. Snacks plentiful... with a variety. The bean to coffee was not working , which was a bummer, but I found a decent replacement. Laundry room issmall with only 2 washers and 4 dryers ( 2 of which were out of order) , but how many do you really need with only 2 washers.The working ones worked great! The shower room appeared clean and the water pressure was amazing and hot !! However , always,ALWAYS wear shower shoes of some kind!! ( IYKYK ) It's fairly quiet in this location while I was here, other than the normaltruck stop noise. Read more
I had stop for a break. Even tho it?s was late night still they have 31 reserved parking space available. Wasn?t busy most of... the pumps were available. Both food court Wendy?s was about to close and subways was already closed. So I guess they close at11. Showers were available tho without a break. Read more
A bit run down, but half of truck stops in general nationwide are probably worse than this one. There was nobody assigned to... clean showers late at night when I was there. If you need to do laundry, there are two washers and four dryers. (See photo)Definitely not the best Pilot, but not the worse truck stop... but I expect better from Pilot. There seems to be a few homelesspeople hanging out but there is security trying to keep them from lingering. But I wasn't super worried about being parked hereeither. Other truck stops in area are worse though. At least I was able to find parking. Read more
Very small place for parking semi trucks, wish this place can get bigger as a trucker we need more parking spots in Phoenix, AZ... and all spots what avaliable for parking semi truck get busy quickly. This location has showers which not the best shower, theynot clean showers well so don't be surprised if you see garbage full, dirty towels, mirrors or etc. To take quick shower and hitthe road is good. During daytime no line for showers but as soon parking lot get full will be line to take showers between 1hrto 2hr. Be safe ???? and smart over the road, dear my friends. GOD BLESS YOU ALL. P.S. This Pilot need take action seriouslyabout people drop trailers at parking spot and leave them more that 3 days. Its totally not fair for other driver who needparking spot for rest. This semi parking lot is a zoo! Every time I come here there are homeless people hanging around. The shower has good water... pressure, but is need of repairs. The staff is always very pleasant. Read more
