Very rude. When I ordered pizza I was told 15 minutes...I waited 25 minutes then went in to ask about my pizza...they continued... to ask my name but didn't even look for my pizza...continued to give out orders to everyone else... no one had gloves on and thekid at the register was flipping his hair...touching his nose and face like he was high ... DO NOT USE THIS LOCATION!!! Apparently the owner of this location does not care about customer service. I made the mistake of... ordering online from this location again, hoping that it would improve. Ordered only 2 pizzas online and 90 minutes later, thecashier informed me they were busy and it would be at least 30 mins longer. It seems this location is never prepared for busynights. Read more

I ordered two deep dish extra most bestest pizzas today. You would think that it will be easy right? Wrong? I get home and I?m... ready to eat. I open the box and WOW I have the biggest hole ever in my pizza. Yeah I think if you are making pizza for a job,you would know when your putting the dame thing in the box some of the pizza is missing. So I had went to this little Caesars off of 107th Ave. and Thomas wanting to get some food for my children as I always stop at... this little Caesars on my way home I wasn?t being greeted by this young lady I got her name off a receipt and I don?t know ifit?s really her name but yeah Yadira shown here was very rude had a horrible attitude snatching my card from my hand when Iasked Is she had a problem because she came out very rude and her being aggressive slamming stuff she had a horrible attitudeand said yes I do have attitude because I?ve been here all day!! and I said can I have your name and she said no I don?t have togive you my name and I said well who?s your manager she said I am one of the managers and slammed a little window on me so Iwalked in I asked for someone else to speak to so I can get her information down she smirked and laughed as if everything was ajoke it took a lot to not have my daughter or myself tell her off but lord if that her attitude why she even there or in amanagement position? The Hot-N-Ready Pizza is king. You can?t beat it for $5. What?s great about this location is they have a drive thru - a drive... thru, people! Keep in mind, this only for picking up orders or ordering Hot-N-Ready pizzas. Every Little Caesars has a ?PizzaPortal? pickup tower, but not all of them have a drive thru. Dirty. No one cares. Not attentive to customers. Employees giving out 'free' pizza & answering personal phone calls while at... register. Guy with face tattoo def looked like he was on one. Trying to run the entire store without getting anything done.Store is better off being shut down tbh. Employees in back laughing at what's going on in lobby. Got my refund, along with 3 or4 other customers. Not to mention, about 4 or 5 other people walked in & right back out because of the lack of service.Disgusting so called place of business. Read more
