WOW This ice cream stand has some of the best ice cream I have ever eaten. I have traveled the world. Hands down the best I have... had so far. I asked them if they had a store and they told me not at this time. Just events, I guess Phx convention center willbe my new ice cream spot. Oh by the way the vanilla was my favorite. Cookies and cream very close second. But on man the vanillaI can still taste it. I can?t wait until the kids have another sporting event in Phx convention center. Read more
They were at Phx Fan Fusion and the Backstreet Boys concert this year and both times they were very rude! I was just telling... them my order and they seemed very annoyed with me and everyone, and they would respond in a rude tone. I thought maybe at PhxFan Fusion they were just having a bad day but then it happened again at the Backstreet Boys concert. I don't know if that's howthey're supposed to act since it's called Karen's or if they just hate everyone. Read more
I have been going to Karen's Kreamery since they first opener in Avondale in 1996. I disagree with the negative review and for... another person too judge on the appearance of Karen and Joe just shows how low their character is. And no Jenny Craig does nothave a warrant out for then, how rude of a comment is that and body shaming. Shame on you. I would never do business withsomething that judges others by their appear their ice cream is "to die for" I absolutely love it. Karen has since closed herstorefront and now wholesale and does local events all over the Phoenix area. Karen and Joe are more the willing to make suretheir customer are happy. And as one said their cone broke, it would have been replaced at no charge but they do not and havenever had a food truck so that's confusing. This food truck was recently at the ABODA State championships. I walked to the front of the truck to make sure they displayed... that they took credit/debit card, which it did. The place was crowded, and the truck had only one worker! After waiting in linefor more than 30 minutes, I placed my order. I then handed her my debit card and she said her partner went to get more suppliesand he had the card reader. Well, my friend had cash so I was still able to purchase my order. My husband starting eating hiscone and the whole thing just fell apart in his hands and went right to the ground. This food truck is a giant disappointment!Little tip: If your card reader is down or unavailable, cover your credit/debit card display. Teach your employees how toproperly load a waffle cone and not leave the entire insides hollow. We will not try them again. ???????????????????????? Read more
They were recently at Luke Days at Luke AFB, and this ice cream was really really good! BUT the way they talked to the people... working was horrible, they were yelling and just all around rude. Love the ice cream, don?t care for the people. :( Read more
I have been going to local events sense I moved to this area. I always look to see if karens ice cream is there. They have great... ice cream and fair prices. I have even actually met Karen a few times. She is always so friendly. Read more
I went to many of Karen's Kreamery event. I can for sure say that her ice cream is incredible. It's home made.i even like mint... chip. and i'm not really fond of it. You can taste the difference from the one you buy at the store. Everybody is very helpfuland kind. Don't forget to go and try it. It's very yummy! Read more
