Just went to the drive thru and ordered the #25 listed as sausage egg and cheese biscuit. When asked if everything is correct on... the screen I noticed it was listed as bacon so I said I would like sausage not bacon. Then she fixed it but there was an addedcharge for sausage I asked why she said she didn?t know that?s how it?s on there and I just said ok (maybe she?s new ? I justwanted it correctly made) The amount was less than was on the screen at check out so I think she got help to fix the addedcharge but then After arriving home I open to see bacon. When this Jack n the box opened, it was my favorite location in the west valley. They always HAD fresh fast food with the old... night crew. Now this location is a joke. Whoever is the cook at night around 11pm on 10/20/22 had no common sense. If the foodis burnt its common sense not to give that to the customer. The fact that they gave us burnt sausage croissants is disgustingand disrespectful to jack in the box. These employees obviously need some retraining. Read more

Never eating at this jack in the box ever again! I ordered Uber eats I got a jumbo jack add a beef patty it came single and... broken apart my fries were half full and cold! I didn't receive my tacos! My husband orderd the chicken tater melt it literallycame with just cheese chicken chicken and ranch! I spent 8 dollars just for his sandwich to be worth 2 dollars! In my opinion the best JIB in Arizona definitely after the store on 67th and the freeway became a clown house especially with... that weird woman taking it over. The food is actually surprisingly good and fresh compared to other stores and the employees arealways so nice actually got to make friends with some of them they?re outgoing and so kind nice to see them go out the extramile especially when I?ve heard horror stories of this store after new management took over I hear that a lot of back talkcorruption in this store so tip or thank them when you see them. They are trying their best especially working with a companythat doesn?t value their workers one bit. I ordered a chicken sandwich and two tacos. I get home snd the food is old and literally freezing. I live across the street from... this location btw. I was a bit upset but I decided to go back and request new items be made. The overnight manager( 3 am)refused to remake the tacos that were broken and cold and was rude and combative. As usual their extreme breakfast combo was delicious. Even better when we have a coupon. 2 combos for $7.00 can't be beat.
