This dunkin? donuts is the slowest drive thru in existence.The line is always wrapped around the building and a good 30-40... minute wait. The staff consist of about 3 employees which is sad because they always look scrambled and stressed out due to theamount of customers. Some customers think it is even smart to come inside for better service but it is the same deal. Themanager needs to do a better job of taking care of her employees every time I go she is there just standing around doingnothing. Read more
Drive-thru is super slow, and they're not very welcoming. Tried getting a mangonada waited a long time for it, and it looked... nothing like advertised. Basically a mango slush with a dash of chamoy and taqin. Read more

I went through the drive thru this morning and waited in line for a good 20 minutes. First time at this location and it was good... other than the wait. I ordered two coffees, donut holes, two wraps, and a croissant sandwich. I meant to order a cold brew withfoam and I ordered a cold brew so when I got up to the drive thru window it didn't have foam. I asked the young girl if I hadordered it with foam and she said no, so that was my fault but she said she could add it to my drink and she did! Update: so today I got the egg bites and they are super small, not like the pictures they show. SLOWEST service ever in the... drive-thru. Please get autonomous labor, still horrible. The employees need to become efficient. I won't come for doughnuts inthe morning anymore because I need 5-15 minutes to get them in a box and out the door. Also the last couple times I have beenhere the drive-thru is closed early in the morning and that is when it should be opened I don't know if this is because it is anew establishment or if they are understaffed for the morning shift but when I go inside it seems like there's at least threepeople so I'll try back in a month or so otherwise I'm going to go to bosa down the street. But for ice cream it's not bad ifyou're going to plan on sitting there eating it and just plan to spend more time due to the sluggishness of the employeesespecially if there's a line. Read more
Well, two out of the 6 donuts look good. Unfortunately, the rest are hard and crusty. And my coffee is not peppermint or mocha... flavored and was only 2/3 full. This is not what your customers are used to getting at other locations. Hopefully it improvessoon because we've been looking forward to having a Duncan close by. Read more
Worst Dunkin? location I?ve ever been. It took over 20 minutes to make 2 mini plain bagels and get 10 chocolate munchkins... through the drive thru. I was the only car there and by the time I got my items there was a long line rapped around the store.The lady at the window didn?t say anything about the wait ignored the fact that I was sitting there for a good solid 5 minutesbefore she opened the window and greeted me.
