So not happy this morning I order a Carmel swirl iced coffee and just like all locations they couldn?t get it right. One pump of... Carmel really why!? This dunkin? donuts is the slowest drive thru in existence.The line is always wrapped around the building and a good 30-40... minute wait. The staff consist of about 3 employees which is sad because they always look scrambled and stressed out due to theamount of customers. Some customers think it is even smart to come inside for better service but it is the same deal. Themanager needs to do a better job of taking care of her employees every time I go she is there just standing around doingnothing. Read more
Drive-thru is super slow, and they're not very welcoming. Tried getting a mangonada waited a long time for it, and it looked... nothing like advertised. Basically a mango slush with a dash of chamoy and taqin. Read more

Worst Dunkin? location I?ve ever been. It took over 20 minutes to make 2 mini plain bagels and get 10 chocolate munchkins... through the drive thru. I was the only car there and by the time I got my items there was a long line rapped around the store.The lady at the window didn?t say anything about the wait ignored the fact that I was sitting there for a good solid 5 minutesbefore she opened the window and greeted me.
