Went by around 1030 last night (hours online and on the door say the earliest they close throughout the week is midnight) and as... I pull up I just see the guy in there locking the door. Confused, I try calling the store (from right out front) and get a busytone. I don't ever leave reviews but that was weird and needs to be brought to someone's attention. Although they?re busy you have to be patient. I waited for awhile for my order, and while I waited a customer complained about... his order. If you did a mobile order, it?s not the staffs fault for not knowing you selected ?no garlic? - the staff explainedto him it wasn?t on the receipt or order they received. I would say be more aware of what you?re selecting with mobile orders bcit?s not dominos staff fault for your own mistake. Staff handled it very well with the disgruntled customer and they correctedthe order anyway. My order was ready and we got to enjoy our pizza pies. Read more
Dear Domino's Pizza, The only reason you got a one star is becuase I could not give a zero and write a reveiw. As I am sitting... here writing this review, I am eating pizza from the competitor that delivered within 30 minutes, still waiting for someone toanswer the phone at Domino's. They kept picking up and putting us on hold without saying a word. After about 72 mintues, theyhung up on us. Reading many reviews this evening, made me sad to see that this Domino's Pizza went from being really good to theworst. (7.18.2022) I can't fully accept that all the problems are only with two people in the store. Last time we ordered, Iwent in after getting an email saying the pizza will take two hours, it would be after my niece would have gone to bed, and shewanted pizza. There were two people preping pizza, one person cutting the pizza, one waiting for people to walk in the store,and I saw three delivery drivers come in to pick up orders, while I was waiting for 30 minutes to get my order. We have beenusing this store since 2011, but over the past year now, we have been having problems. We have had problems ordering online, noone picks up, and excuses. First time was with no online ordering and deliveries, then we called and was one hold for 15minutes, and used different phones to call 5 different times. We called another store, they told us that this store doesn't pickup for them either. When we walked into see what was happening, we were told the phones are broken. Two weeks later, when wecould not order, we called with no answer. I went in and asked if the phones are still broken, and the employee said, "we arenot answering the phones and the manager turned off the ringers." Why? What is the point, some people like asking questions andwant to do this with a live person. We have had holes in the pizza, underbake pizza, burnt pizza, burnt brownie cookies, and apizza that was underbake and burt at the same time. All at different times through out this past Read more

Been ordering here for 10 years, staff is normally excellent. App says delivery currently not available. Calls are apparently... outsourced to a different country.
