Something has changed with Del taco. Food quality seems to have really went down hill. They are now charging extra for... condiments. It looked like all "managers" were working when i stopped in and they weren't very friendly or welcoming. I got 10 chicken soft tacos to go...no lettuce. Great price on the tacos, very upbeat happy people that were preparing them, but... I only gave 2 stars because the girl taking my order could NOT have been MORE UNFRIENDLY if she tried!!! I tried to makefriendly conversation with her, even commented about how great the price was....and.......nothing. Like, imagine yourself tryinghard to be friendly to someone, and they make it CLEAR that your friendliness is very much unwanted.....that was thiscashier/order taker! Read more

My son got food poisoning from this place tonight. My car is in the shop so I ordered delivery thinking it would be quick and... relatively affordable. It took an hr to receive and it was overpriced. My son only had a strawberry milkshake. He couldn't eatthe fries because there was hair in them. Our order was incomplete and thank goodness because who knows what else wascontaminated. I will be reporting this to the department of health, they need to check this place out. I won't be returning,this place is disgusting! Read more
I waited in an empty drive through line for five minutes at 8:45 a.m. Nobody took my order. I decided to go into the restaurant... and there was one other customer in there. We both waited for five minutes and the other customer said he hadn't seen anyonesince he came in. We both decided to leave. 10 minutes or more seems excessive even with a shortage in staff without evenacknowledging your customers. This has to be by far the WORST Del Taco in the valley! They never get your order right! Or the food is cold. I order for my kid... because he likes their food. But heaven forbid I order something too and like clockwork it's incorrect, missing, or they give meanother order entirely. They need new management. I've worked at restaurants for years and I understand that it can get busyand stressful. But this, there is absolutely no excuse. I hope someone else purchases this place or it gets a whole new staffbecause this is atrocious! Read more
I had originally stopped going to this location for over a year, but decided not long ago to try the location out again. I was... pleasantly surprised that my order was correct and the staff was friendlier than the previous time. I will say though that sinceI've gone back, Bowen has always been very courteous and respectful. Even behind the mask, you could tell he always has a smileand is very sincere when he gives me my order. Thank you! Read more
In my opinion, Del Tacos food is significantly better than their competitors. So many items are made fresh each day vs. coming... out of a plastic bag and simply being warned up. With that said, this location could really work on their service. Only onceout of the 4 times I've been here have they gotten my order correct, and it's not like I'm ordering complicated things.Oftentimes, the wrong food ends up in my bag and/or I'm missing items. Additionally, their engagement with customers in generalfeels short and rushed even when the place is empty. Thankfully, their food is decent for what it is and reasonably priced. Read more
