purchased a cake online yesterday around 11am. Went to pick up the cake around 5p. Store looked confused on what I was asking... for. I asked for my refund back, because it was 50$ and they could not issue one. They had no manager on duty to even help. Theyoung lady takes my name and phone number and states the manager will call. Worse service we have ever had at a Cold Stone. Didn?t have many flavors and was low on the inventory they did have. No cakes... or pre made ice cream in the freezer. Half their topping we?re missing as well. To be honest the store looked like they aregetting rid of all the inventory and about to close the store permanently. The back counter top was pretty much empty withclutter here and there. The staff could have cared less about taking our order and were more concerned with gossiping with eachother. She would ask my partner a question then turn away before he could answer to talk to another employee. They didn?t evenmixed my kids ice cream and toppings together. When they finally remembered his order it sat on the counter while they keeptalking to each other. After a small mix they gave it to him. I don?t normally complain but this was really bad. Read more
Awful service. Walked in and it was only my fiance and I in the whole place and we waited a couple minutes before the 3... employees sharing stories even acknowledged us and when she did she came over and just stared at us. The other 2 were stillsharing stories next to her. Very impolite and short the whole time. Wasn't offered lids or even a have a good day. As a manager at a public establishment, I was disappointed to say the least! The cleanliness was nonexistent, customer service... was sub par and they were out of cones, smoothie mix, and straws. The floors were disgusting as well as the counter in front ofthe register. There was melted ice cream in front of the register and multiple napkins in some sort of attempt to clean it. Read more
Not only was my door dash order wrong, when I came down to request my order be made correctly, I saw this gentleman wearing... gloves to handle money AND the ice cream. That is gross! And not allowed in food service. I worked in food service for years.I?m surprised they would do this. 9pm on June 3, 2022 REDEMPTION: the gal was super nice and accommodating when I showed her myorder was wrong. Sad to say cold stone is not what it used to once be. Atleast at this location. We ordered two ice creams with a cone as a... large. One was done with a good amount of ice cream but did not have the sauce that went with it and notified us at the end. Theother one was also large but had significant less amount of ice cream than the first one. They made an attempt to fix it and addmore but the whole ice cream was sloppy. I hadn?t even walked out yet and they were both already melting a lot. I had to cleanit before I left because it was spilling everywhere. It didn?t help that their AC was out which is why we choose to take ithome. There was a total of 3 employees. 2 of the 3 were both wearing gloves to prepare the ice cream when one did not. Super good ice cream! You can add whatever you'd like & trust me they'll have something you'll like! Clean! Didn't stand adding... waiting, fast friendly service! The price was what I expected also. I went in for a cake. They only had one left, which I picked up. Low on inventory. The place looks a little outdated and their... equipment doesn't seem to be working properly, as I saw one of the employees having issues with the blender. Could be a bitcleaner and stocked appropriately. Read more
