I pull into DT at 9:30pm Saturday. Voice at speaker says " I've peed myself and I need to change" I replied. Uhhmmm sorry to... hear that are you still open. He says yes, but I've peed myself and I'm the only one here. So I pull around and stop to look inwindow and I see the whole crew laughing and trying to duck out of sight. Photo taken as proof. This particular store had unappealing French fries. They looked very bruised and greasy. I returned the fries and the workers... stated thats how they looked when delivered. I wasn't told about it prior to purchase, and they showed no interest incompensation. Maybe a drink or something threw the fries away. Will not be returning to that location again. Read more

This was my first time here. Let me say the floor looked like it had not been mopped in a while. Mostly all tables were dirty. I... seen a worker sitting on the counter like thats where food is served. We had to clean ours because it had soda splattered on it.We had to love tables because as we sat down we noticed like 4 dead flies on the window seal. My food was not good. Seemed likeit was an old piece of chicken. Whoever is the owner/manager should be ashamed. Read more

I don't go to BK often as is but last night I had a craving. As the only person in line at the time, I order a double Whopper... with NO ONIONS (allergic)....the order was repeated back to me & verified 3X and this is what I received. I would haveunderstood a slight mistake had the place been busy but there was literally no one else in line. THIS is why businesses arestruggling - slow service, increased prices and incorrect orders??????????? Read more

Okay so, my husband and I went in and ordered two number five meals, which we should have gotten four cheeseburgers all... together. Okay, we get our order and we notice one of the cheeseburgers had no cheese, so my husband takes it up there, theybegan to make a new one. So during this time while waiting, we notice one of the remaining cheeseburgers had two top bunsinstead of a top and bottom bun. So we complain about that, just to look at another remaining cheeseburger and notice that ithad two bottom buns on it!! Truly this happened. So unfortunately we didn't get to eat we got our money back and still lefthungry. Not cool. Read more

Waited almost 30 minutes to get my food through the drive thru. I sat there watching the girls working constantly check their... phone and wander around just waiting around for the food to be done, I'm assuming. My son walked in the lobby to use therestroom, he went up to the counter to ask them to unlock the bathroom. Waited there for about 10 minutes and and was neveracknowledged. Definitely need to improve their customer service. Read more

Food was accurate. I think the place needs some help. Lobby needed some attention, and there are homeless passing through. I... have no complaints about the food, but the cleanliness of the restaurant attitude of the staff attention.
