Customer service is horrible, I asked if I can get the $3 whopper on Wednesday and she said we don't participate on that and... then I follow with ok I have a coupon and she said ok that's fine, I gave her coupon and said we don't participate in the appcoupons... omg are you kidding me!! She was super rude and annoyed that I kept trying to use a coupon. I mean come on pleaseadvertise on your windows and drive thru that you do not accept or participate on any coupons or promotions! I drove all the wayto the drive thru and no where does it mention anything! So disappointed! Read more

Very rarely do I go but my kids go all the time. I go ..there is one car in front of me? I?ve had long day and want to eat so we... order food and get home and missing food. I have to go back I try calling nobody answers I have to get back in line and wait tilnow 5 cars go before me?. I get the food and get home and now my food was cold? fries are stale and you can tell they re-cookedfries that most likely wasn?t sold earlier .. no apologies nothing they like get mad at me because THEY forgot the food .. It?s Rare I post negative comments but since this the only Burger King close to my house and community, i give it a 1 star for... lying say in their drive thru is open till 11 when they have it blocked off with slip and fall cones letting us know they?reclosed 10 pm . Number 2 you can tell and taste that the oil is not fresh in the fryers and taste left out chicken nuggets andfries smh. Management please fix this thanks. Read more
Went through the drive thru and it took over 5 minutes for them to even take my order. Took another 10 minutes to get my food.... They were out of Coke and Dr. Pepper. Fries were fresh but the burger was cold. The guy working the drive thru was nice. Read more
Maybe I came at a bad time with it being lunch time on a Sunday but this place could use a little bit more help. The fountain... drink are was pretty disgusting and none of the workers had on hair nets. I still ate the food I ordered but anyone working inthe food industry should at least be held up to those standards. Other than that, the food came out at a reasonable time. Read more
Today (Thursday) I went to BK , On the door it says that it closes at 10pm and the drive-thru closes at 11pm . , but I was... there around 9.30 pm and the doors were locked and there were cones in the drive-thru ,. Eventhough there were two cars in bothof the drive-thru lanes and then they just put the cones over there. And it's not like they were short of staff or somethingcause I can clearly see from the door that there were 4 workers inside . THEY even ignored when i knocked on the door This isUNACCEPTABLE . I am so disappointed. LIKE MAKE YOUR MIND, WHEN TO CLOSE !!! ????????????
