Blaze has amazing thin crust pizzas. Had a build your own pizza. Staff was working on alot of to go orders and had to wait for... them to finish them before they would help us. They need to designate someone for those orders so that someone is still helpingdine in customers. Read more
I came here with my family this evening and Brittney made our pizzas it was my first time there. This place was absolutely... amazing! The manager, Beast, wore his facemask below his nose and upper lip. By the time our order was completed his mask was fully on... his chin. Edited: so today, after finally convincing my girlfriend to pick a place to eat, we decide on pizza, get home andopen the box to find the edges charred and the bottom burned. Pizza is great and the crew is great MINUS one of them. A Hispanic kid with dark hair & dark beard that is a full on creeper, my... wife went there the other day and his attitude made her very uncomfortable that I had to come in with her the next time she wentand OF COURSE the moment he saw us together he never looked towards her/us again for the whole time we were there so watch outfor this weirdo. Beside that I love the place & the food but they only get 2 stars from me for hiring such a weird guy there. Read more
The few times I've been here have usually been good. This last round I ordered online for pickup. Easy enough. I got to the... store at the pickup window and found my order. I asked the employee nearby if this was everything and he said yes. So I grabbedmy three boxes and headed home. I got home to find that somehow I was missing a whole 11 inch pizza. So now I had to waste thegas to return back to the store just to be offered my original pizza that had been sitting there getting cold for the past halfhour. The employee remade the pizza without conflict, however this never should have happened in the first place since I did askif my order was complete to begin with. Seriously? I was in a hurry and didn?t check the pizzas when I picked them up. I get home and find 2 burnt pizzas. So many bad... experiences with Blaze lately, it used to be my favorite place. Will need to start looking for a good pizza place. Read more
Unbelievably inconsistent. Sometimes service is quick and the food is spot on, other times we are there for an hour (for... fast-food pizza) and things are a mess. Most recent visit was very disappointing - took forever, oven obviously hadn't beencleaned recently, and (see picture) I asked for "pesto drizzle" and they gave me "pesto downpour" and didn't seem at alldisturbed by the fact they essentially drowned my pizza in oil. Can't say much for the value either. Still, not every experiencehas been terrible, so I'd probably come back. Read more
This is by far the BEST blaze pizza location I?ve been to! Carlos & Carlos are incredibly friendly, every time I?ve been in they... never fail to put a smile on my face.
