I was surprisingly over satisfied with the service we received a through our event at Bowlero Avondale. Our event planners... Heather and Sandie were amazing and helped us through every reservation step. Heather made sure we received the best deal andpackage we could get and was not over pushing . But the most amazing part of our event was having ?J.R?or junior as the managerin turn . He heard us as a human being and he listened to our needs when we reported our line kept stoping . He even came to ourtable a few times to check if everything was going well. We received warm smiles from him that made us feel like at home and weare definitely thinking in planning another event there with our teen grit before the year ends. We had my daughters 4th birthday here today and it was such an amazing time. The manager Jr. was extremely friendly and so... helpful. We have a lot of fun here. There is a nice snack bar with great food. There is a bar inside with pool tables. You don't feel... rushed to finish your game. Some places give you only an hour to play. The staff is helpful and friendly. The only issue wesometimes have is that the pin placer malfunctions, but the staff fixes it right away. We love this place. There is also a nicearcade. Read more

My husband is on a bowling league we spend quite some money there, I decided to buy a Groupon for 2 hours bowling and the lady... in the front desk was very unpleasant I feel treated like a second class customer and gave me the ugliest nasties shoes ever, sogo there if you like but avoid using Groupon beware is quite pricey with out them. I am not a professional bowler but I know customer service and the general manager Heather is a power house! Every time we visit... she makes our team feel welcomed! I've never seen a manager of any business be so involved before. You'll see her in the kitchenpreparing the food, then shes at the registers, then shes walking between the lanes like a tight rope walker to retrieve a stuckpin! No job too small. Customer interaction from her and her team is common to see. Over the past year since she took over thisplace went from a mediocre to, in my book, a top notch alley. They remodeled inside and out, even the parking lot looks rad! Ihaven't tried the arcade because it's not my thing, but the bar and pool tables areas are ample and have a bunch of TVs, noweven the bowling lanes have big screens!
