The double Quarter pounder wasn't a double quarter pounder unless you count the extra pickles and onions. They didn't give use... two orders of fries that were supposed to come with the two meals we ordered. They didn't put a toy or anything in the kidshappy meal.. They didn't give any receipts. Last time I bought breakfast they forgot an item. This time I made it there with 5 min to spare before breakfast was over.... Their kiosk messed up and went to a "not accepting cashless payments" screen and didnt let me cash out at the machine then itdidnt print a receipt. When I went to pay at the counter the cashier was chatting with someone and ignored me coming to thecounter with my wallet and card out to pay in my hand. After a minute of waiting the Shift manager walks by and tells anothercustomer they only have a minute left to order breakfast from the kiosk so I interrupt the cashiers convo to ask if he'll cashme out so I can get breakfast. I told him the receipt number directly and he seemed to have no clue on protocol for thissituation. Ordered at kiosk, which didnt print receipt, so I had no proof of ordering anything. Waited 25 minutes, when there was no more... than 8 people inside at any time. Several other individuals waiting on orders just as long. No update from staff until I wasgiven order. Sink faucet in men's room didnt work, despite multiple attempts trying to wash hands. A very bad experience in the drive thru. First, got our online order wrong. Second, couldn't get our reward order.
