Update- heard from another client that the cook wasn?t at work today. Not sure if it?s a recurring problem. I?ve updated to two... stars because the skeleton crew rolled up their sleeves and was just trying to survive the day, remaining cordial and apologeticas our food took a long time (45-50 minutes) to come out. Multiple customers experienced the same. It seemed like the dish washguy was rolling up his sleeves to come and help welcome guests and setup tables. The food ended up not being what it usually is,very rushed and nothing tasted terribly off. I respect the crew for stepping up but I recommend being more transparent from theget go that we won?t get our food within reasonable timeframe. We were coming here because it has everything our family needed:gluten free options for waffles and pancakes for one of our kids and decaf coffee drinks. Showed up this fine September 2022Saturday morning and they?re out of blueberries, they haven?t had decaf for a month according to our server, and threw out theirbatch of GF mix the day before without preparing more for the next day, also according to the server. Ordered delivery, rosemary potatoes with dry toast. Potatoes tasted 5 days old, toast 7. Wanted to pull a Gordon Ramsey... conducting an on the spot investigation of their kitchen. Guarantee nothing here is fresh. Conclusion, the entire meal tastedlike cardboard. I thought by requesting a side of syrup I?d manage to suffocate the taste but no, even that was bad. Read more
My experience here today was unacceptable. We waited quite awhile to be greeted. once we were sat at our table it was 20 minutes... before Anyone come to ask what we wanted to drink. I had a coffee and my 7 year old ordered an orange juice. We ordered our foodat the same time since it took so long for someone to come to our table. Another 10 minutes before our drinks showed up. Theplace was not packed in the least bit. However there were dirty dishes on tables everywhere. Anyways, an hour and some change goby and no food. Our server never once stopped back at our table for drink refills, or to give an update on our food. Finally wegot up and went to ask if we can just pay for our drinks and leave. She gave a very uninterested apology and gave us a bill for$8 and some odd cents. I have never had such a bad experience at any restaurant in my life. We will not be coming back. Not a bad diner. Had a great omelette. Friendly staff. Google maps has difficulty finding them but gets you to the strip parking... area. I'm not complaining because there are not many small breakfast diners in the area. I am appreciative. Read more
I work in the area and often order from here. I get the same thing every time the breakfast meat. Usually 4 pieces of toast, 4... pieces of bacon, over medium egg. As you see I got less then usual, bacon isn?t crispy, toast is burnt and my egg is very runny.I called and talked to Vanessa who I sensed an attitude for my call right away. I don?t want you to do anything to rectify this,I will order elsewhere from now on. Read more
Staff is extremely helpful and polite. First visit I chose an omelette but didn?t have what they needed to make my order. Chef... came over and recommended a omelette , and it was spectacular. Great food, and nice dining inside. I look forward to coming backand trying something more on the menu. Read more
Horrible service!! Service was very slow and multiple people arrived after us and still got their food before us. We waited over... an hour for our food to arrive and by the time we got it our food was cold. The tea was cold after multiple times we?ve askedfor it to be hot and yet it still turned up room temperature. I had French toast with blue berries and raspberries in themiddle of eating I tasted something funny I didn?t think anything of it until I took a big bite out of it and FOUND A GREENONION IN MY FRENCH TOAST! ???? Decided to try this place for breakfast on a Saturday. We waited about ten minutes to even get water. It took us over an hour to... get our food. The entire time we were there, tables were filled with dirty plates and dishes. It was so gross. This place seemscute, but the service is awful, especially for a Saturday morning, for a breakfast place. It was not very busy either, and wewere never checked on to get our drinks refilled. By the time our food actually came, I found a hair in my French toast. It wasa terrible experience. I do not recommend at all. Read more
