I am done with Mr Hero in Avon Lake... customer service horrible! Ordered over the phone went to pick it up ..The one... middle-aged woman that works there who never smiles asked me if I had cash .I said no.. She just gives me a look and walksaway.. no explanation...the owner says something to her (she's on the phone I think trying to fix the situation) Her employeejust looks at her and says she doesn't have cash... I said "she never has cash". She looks at me and says "don't even startwith me"! The owner doesn't even flinch. The employee goes into a rant " I'm not putting up with anybody today This is beengoing on all week". I just walked out. Read more
We ordered to go. 3 sandwiches. Two were 7 inch tuna and for at least the second time, there was very little tuna. This sandwich... used to be worth the money, but I don't know if they were running out or have new quite lines. Either way, the sandwich islacking. I got a Roman burger and it was good. The lobby was closed but clean. Overall, 3 stars. We will ask for extra tuna thenext time. Read more

The store was clean. I was greeted immediately. I did not wait long at all to be serviced. Service was SPECTACTULAR. It was... smooth, polite, accurate and could not have been better. My food was hot when I got home, neatly packed and organized, the foodwas beautifully made. One of the greatest experiences I've had eating out in a long time.
