Terrible, but only because they had bad communication with customers and vo workers, 3 refunds in a row and they were still... waiting for food. Seems like a good time to retrain a few people in the front line. Read more
I never have to wait long for the food I order here and the service has been pretty good.
Spent 20 mins. in drive-thru line with less than 5 cars. Forgot the chicken Mcnugget sauce too. Can't complain with worker... shortage. Same problems everywhere else. Read more
The service is absolutely terrible. I watched them serve 25 plus cars in the drive thru but not a single order was given in the... lobby. When I finally got my order after 30 minutes they just threw my fries in the bag, why even use the fry holder if you justthrow em in the bag? WORST!! Read more
We waited 32 minutes in the drive-thru. It's not the workers, it's the fact this place is way understaffed. Only 2 workers... working, drive thru was really packed, it was dinner time, and inside there were maybe 3-4 dine-ins. Please hire some morepeople and give the poor workers busting their tails off a raise. Read more
This McDonalds has went way downhill. The drive thru is always slow & long wait times. The inside is always nasty dirty. Some... employees are nice, others are just rude & have no personality. They almost always get the order wrong. Used to be a goodlocation, but I think it is in need of a new manager. Read more
Typical McDonalds food, no issues. The store is disgustingly dirty. Fruit flies were congregating on fountain drinks, tells me... that they have not been cleaned in awhile. Table tops always dirty, didn?t appear to have been wiped in multiple days. Attitude of staff is horrendous if you do an order face to face. Every couple of weeks, I get the McDonalds urge, but not atthis filthy restaurant, just gross. The mgmt is awful. Read more
Waited 30 min for my curbside order with two kids in the car. Had to call, then they brought it out, but I was missing a drink,... told the person who brought it out and 5 minutes later I was still waiting for my drink. There were 4 people pulled up waitingfor their food from drive through. I couldn't wait any longer with two kids and had to leave without my drink. My food also wasnot very hot. Read more
