This location tends to get very busy. Lots of restaurants have challenges these days, but this Bdubs really seems to struggle. ... On my last visit I ordered carry out and waited a full 40 minutes from the time my food was supposed to be ready (~30 minutesafter ordering). I got home to find the food was cold and didn't include the sauce I ordered. Still like their food, but I'deat in or use a food service in the future - those orders seem to get priority from the kitchen. Read more

Avon Lake, you really let me down tonight. I honestly don't even know what to say. I just left the restaurant a few minutes ago... with all my cash and no food in my stomach. Got sat, waited 20 minutes, and all I have to show for it is a glass ofwater. Apparently the restaurant was under staffed, but that doesn't explain why neither server knew whose section I wasin. Also, if you're under staffed, don't seat me! Go on a wait! At least then it's understood that if I choose to stay, I'll bewaiting a little longer... But the best part? I had just got off work, and actually was on my way to another BW3 beforechanging my mind, and deciding to go here instead. I did so because there isn't a good vibe at the North Olmsted store, but AvonLake always does a good job! Except for tonight... Clearly I made a mistake. Ordered ultimate nachos with chicken! It comes with chili already. However chick at check out said it doesn?t ????. So. The food is fine. However, descent wings doesn?t make up for the way they treat their employees and lack of empathy shown when... one of their own is harassed by an overbearing customer. Sadly, this is the truth. I wish I could talk about their overpricedmenu options or their almost as good as McDonald?s cheeseburgers, but that?s not it. Unfortunately, this post is only about thelack of empathy, consideration and inconsiderate attitude upper-management has in regards to protecting their own faithfulemployees.. and when an employee reports that they will not return to work, due to wanting to find employment where Harassmentisn?t ? on tap? each night, they?re told by upper-management ? Don?t be a quitter?. So, if you?re looking for descent wings, adry burger and overpriced menu options, look no further.. Tried the new chicky sammich for 5.99 and did not disappoint! The crunch, the flav, the juiciness. Seriously check out the... picture to see this beast. Best chicky sammich around for the price. Wings were meaty too. Order was pick up and was ready atthe expected time on the receipt not sitting for 10+ min getting cold. Fresh hot. Friendly staff, clean, pumped music. Read more
