This is quite possibly the worst Starbucks I have ever been to and unfortunately the only stand alone store on my way to work.... They can?t get half of their orders right and if you have a mobile order- give yourself 15+ minutes on top of your estimated?ready? time to wait around in their lobby while they make beverages completely unorganized in order they were received or elseyou 110% are going to be late for where you need to be. 9-7-22. I think this location needs to replace their management, or whoever does the ordering of supplies. Out of White mocha,... ok, no big deal. Went to order a Frappuccino only to be told they're out of straws. Lol. Now, at this practical moment, theirdelivery truck was in the back unloading and when I was told about there not being any straws, I said, well your truck is here,maybe there are straws on the truck, nope, no straws. Ok, so I suggested to the shift manager on duty, there's a Marc's rightnext door, why not send an employee over there to buy some straws ????, that's what a good business would do, but he didn't seemto like that idea. Single handedly the worst Starbucks. I informed the employees that I had a potential dairy allergy and instead of accommodating... my wishes, I was treated so poorly. No one really seems to know what?s going on and this operation is run terribly. When I askedfor corporates number, I was told they couldn't give it out. this is such a shame considering it was the closest location for meand they could have the potential to run smoothly. Our barista made our drinks,(there were 3 of us) quickly and they were delicious. Lovely seating while we waited qnd we took... our drinks outside to a nice table. All in all a great visit. Read more
Ordered 2 Van sweet cream cold brews in drive thru, they were literally white and filled with cream that was congealed. I took... them inside to get remade. The girl literally made them the same. I explained this is not what I ordered, she annoying took themand added a splash of coffee and handed them back and asked if this was better. I told her no this is not what i asked for. Shejust looked at me...I pointed the sign and said how is what you have what?s on the sign? She said nothing so I just left withdrinks and threw them away. They are always good to me here! I ask for a Venti water with my normal drink and they never complain or make fun. I only bring... that to attention because other establishments in the past have said things about ordering just water. I don't order just water,I spend money on food and drink as well, its just I like the taste of the Starbucks water. But other Bucks have made it clear Ineed to order something else and I find that kind sad. Although I do order more, what if someone else can't afford it and needsthe water. Juat saying. It was nothing against this Starbucks it was just brought up in covo to a barista here and they were sadto hear about it.
