My boyfriend and I have a long distance relationship. Ever since he took me the first time to Mitchell?s we have loved it ever... since and it has become our favroite icecream place in Ohio. We both love ice cream. The past 3 times that we have went myboyfriend has gotten a malt. This is the third time that he has had to throw the malt away after taking few sips. There was toomuch malt powder. We absoluty love Mitchell?s however it saddens us that some employees do not know how to properly make a malt.Please do better. Read more

I got a hot fudge sundae made with mixed berry crumble. The ice cream was extremely soft and the ice did not have much of a... flavor. I did like the pecans on my sundaae. Simply some of the best ice cream you can get in this area. Nice to see they have a location in Lorain county finally there's... another one downtown or near downtown on West 25th if I'm not mistaken. What a cute little place!!! Portions were good and it tasted fantastic!!! This was our first time and the only thing I was not... okay with is that we ordered a sundae and were automatically given a medium which not only cost more but it was larger than wewanted. We had never been before so we didn't know there different sizes. Love that you can get a taste of any ice cream beforeyou order it. Didn't like that they weren't wearing gloves. Best ice cream in the area. There were 25 people in front of us but it only took 5 minutes to put our order in. The 8 person... crew was speedy & terrific.
