Ordered 12 donuts, seem to be fresh, awesome! Ordered a medium hot caramel macchiato- was given a small regular macchiato, was... told I was only charged for the small asked for my receipt they couldn?t find it, they remade the drink it was the wrong oneagain the guy in the background said it?s not wrong stop arguing!? Like hold up it says original not caramel.. left without theright drink and no receipt! Yeah not going back this is not the first time either I chose to give a second chance because lifehappens, but when there is no good lead how do you except people to get things right? Read more
Im probably exaggerating with the 5 stars. But I am amazed by how fresh their donuts are! I hate Dunkin? Donuts in general... because their donuts are stale and they look old. BUT this place has very fresh donuts! So happy I found a good DD! Read more
I tried to order my birthday drink (I had the offer on my app) I asked if they did the birthday drinks and they said yes. I got... a frapp with oat milk (I can?t have regular milk due to health issues) and they told me all I had to pay for was the oat milk.So I assumed like 60 cents or something. They charged me full price $5. I called the Elyria location (very nice never haveissues here) and she told me it should?ve only been like 60 some cents. So I called to speak to a manager at this location andshe tried saying they ?don?t? do birthday drinks and I needed to have the app. 1. Why did they tell me I could do one and 2.They never asked to see my app?first time here and I?m not impressed?I worked in fast food and if you?re a manager you need toknow what your location provides/sells and what it doesn?t. We ordered 2 breakfast sandwiches both of which were burned black on both sides and inedible. Staff was rude and extremely... disorganized every surface in this location is sticky. There is one Captain on this ship that is doing a great job. Everyone else seems clueless, but trying. I'm not sure how long... they have been employed. It could easily be a case of new staff learning on the job. The guy working today was multitasking likecrazy, but he was doing it with a smile and was the only employee not stressing out. I've been here 3x in 2 weeks And 2 out of those 3x My Sandwich has been ICE COLD INSIDE ... That's SUPER ANNOYING AND... INCONVENIENT WHEN YOUR AT WORK AND HUNGRY...
