Walked in to order a couple subs for my children and I. The young lady I encountered when I walked in was professional and... friendly. Other employees, seemed to be teenagers, we're outside smoking or something. She ran the store perfectly on her own.Overwhelmed at the time, busy place, but was still outstanding and did what needed to be done to provide costumers with whatthey wanted and needed. Only reason I mentioned the other employees is because the back door was open and you could see them. Tothe young lady working this evening, May 6 of 2022, you deserve a promotion or raise for your outstanding work, attention todetail, customer service, and overall great job under the pressure of multiple customers on your own. We usually enjoy the food and service here. Today was not one of those days. Ordered two melts and they were smashed so... unceremoniously into the bags that they did not appeal to either my wife or me. Be it from lack of training or genuine apathy Idon't really care. I'm not going to spend $12 on a sandwich that was literally smashed into a bag. Called and they offered aremake but I had already seen their quality of sandwich and just opted for my money back. Found hair in my sandwich... there was a young man working there with dark brown hair that was a little longer and hair was all... over, no wonder why I ended up with it in my food. The other gentleman didn?t wash his hands after sweeping then came andstarted making sandwiches. I have never been so grossed out to eat my food. This needs to be addressed. If you are going to havelonger hair wear it back or a hair net and employees should always wash their hands before prepping someone?s food. Gross! Food was awesome, very tasty. The place was very busy and the employees were very nice, which is great... my sister got the... beef protein bowl she was very pleased with it, loaded with taste and meat. Read more

Was unusually busy for a late dinner on Thursday, but the employees were always polite and working their fastest. It is like... every other Subway restaurant, so if you've seen your typical Subway, you've seen this one. Read more
