I only started going to this Dunkin' last week and I could not believe the friendly staff they have there. Four days in a row... of the most friendliest, polite and truly happy people waiting on me. It is so rare that you find this kind of customer serviceanywhere, especially at a donut shop. I honestly don?t know why that place is still open they never get my order right. Don?t even get me started on ordering from... DoorDash it?s even worse . Learned my lesson finally washed my hands with this place. Nothing like the taste of bad coffee toruin your day. Read more
Update: Very un-accommodating! I had my car at the NTB across the street and needed breakfast but could not get it from Dunkin... because it?s drive thru only ????. I know you can limit the amount of people coming into the store. Put spots on the floor annarrow the path. Past review: While I am very grateful for the efforts of the employees during this pandemic, I cannot acceptpoor service. This place always burns my food! How hard is it to not screw up a bacon egg and cheese. Won't be getting food here again!
I always use the drive up for the convenience. Service is very quick, very, friendly and pretty accurate. The only thing that's... ever missed might be a donut or something else off the rack. Food and drinks are always made correctly and made well. It's apleasure to go to this Dunks. Read more
