So upset at myself for not taking pictures of the food. I was starving and the minute they brought everything we started chowing... down. I wish I could remember the name of the manager (male) and our server (female) as they were both very kind and attentive.We sat outside with my young son and they checked on us often and brought us everything we asked for without much of a wait. Itwas my first time visiting this place but I definitely plan on going back. We had Parmesan garlic wings, fries, buffalo chickendip, mozzarella sticks and coconut shrimp. OMG. It was all good. I was here on a Thursday night about 9pm and the place had a good crowd and I believe it was pool night so it was busy. Sadly... there was no waiter/waitress staff other then the two bartenders that where taking care of everything and they looked like theywhere run ragged and they weren't happy. It took them well over 20 minutes to ever see me before one came over to take myorder. All I had was a pizza and it was actually pretty good. All I can say is they need more staff on nights like this. Read more
We really enjoyed it here! The food was great, we both got steak for dinner which was amazing and the peach cobbler with... biscuits for dessert was delicious! The owner was very attentive and made us feel right at home our first time visiting thislittle local gem. We had to leave to get to an appointment across the street before the live music started but we definitelyplan to visit again because we were excited to check out the band that started filing in about a half an hour before we left.Overall wonderful experience, I think our only complaints would be that the garlic butter broccoli my husband ordered as a sidefor his steak wasn't as flavorful as he'd hoped and my steak & green beans were arranged on top of my fries which madecutting/eating the steak a bit messier than I would have preferred but honestly those two little things are not even a hugedeal. The steak was terrific, the atmosphere was great and we are thrilled this was the place we ended up spending our one yearwedding anniversary dinner together. We will definitely be back! ???? Finally got to this place and I am so glad that we did! Dave and Nini were working and were SO great. Even on a Friday night... they made us feel like we were regulars and were open to chatting and giving us menu and event advice on their restaurant. Sonice of them and their personalities combined with the incredible service makes this a 6 star place if not more! The food wasdelicious, well priced, and oh did I mention REALLY DELICIOUS? We got fried pickles, pretzel sticks, chicken tenders, and chilinachos and were stuffed wishing we could eat more because wow was it great! We sat for a bit and each had 2 beers and didn?tfeel rushed at all - just super welcomed. Clean too! Saw the staff cleaning the tables and washing hands and using handsanitizer frequently. Comfort food, Taste way better than you would believe for a Dive bar. Have been coming here for 3 almost 4 years And it is just... as good as it was the 1st time I walked in, a hidden gem. Great Bartenders good staff great cooking . Sometimes live bands havekaraoke great place to watch a game on Sunday.. Anybody reading this come on down! Read more
