The food is good. I had the ?The Box Combo? which included 4 Chicken Fingers, Crinkle Fries, One Cane?s Sauce, Coleslaw and... Texas Toast. I arrived at this restaurant at lunch time. I found that there were too many customers there for me. The next timethat I go there, it will be after lunchtime is over. The employees are kind and helpful. The service is very fast. This was our first Raising Cane's experience, & we will be back. We decided to try it on a whim for a weekday lunch after a... Costco run when we noticed they weren't too busy. We weren't disappointed. The food was fresh & met expectations. The Cane Sauceis delicious. Service was incredibly friendly & attentive from start to finish. The dining room was incredibly clean. My onlynegative is the volume of the music was SUPER loud during a weekday lunch. It was hard to have a discussion. If someone in yourgroup has sensory issues, this combined with the disco balls in the ceiling might make it impossible to dine here. Overall, wecan't wait to come back! Read more
Great place for a quick bite. The chicken tenders in my option were a little under seasoned but the Cane's sauce gave them some... good flavor. The staff fast and friendly and worked efficiently considering the large crowd. Over all the food was good if a bitoverpriced. Read more
This place just recently opened in Avon and it was eventful that my friend and I went to try it. We absolutely enjoyed it! The... chickens were tender and crispy!! The drink tasted amazing! The staff were quick and charming to interact with. Great placementand environment. Although it was super busy due to its recent opening. I recommend going at nighttime or early when they open toavoid traffic in the line. Although, the food comes out fast. My friend and I also witness outside that they have the realchicken in storage and it was great to know! The bread let?s not talk about it! It is just delicious and everything were savory. Read more
Great service, it was very fast. They're working their butts off. Cant hardly find parking and police are making sure traffic is... tame. I don't know if it was the huge line or what, but my fries were cold, soggy and rubbery like they microwaved them. Thechicken strips are tiny compared to anything I've had in a sit-down restaurant. Also, the chicken strips had no seasoning whichwas a bit disappointing. The 3 piece box was very light. There weren't many fries either. For 10.67 its a ripoff. Ordered online through the app because well it's a grand opening. Scheduled it for 7. Had it picked up but called because the... line was crazy long, as expected. Was informed that all carryout orders placed through the app would be waiting inside. Soparked at Costco and walked over. Atmosphere was fun and well come back. Customer service was good considering what today'sshe's levels are probably like. Food was great! Arnold Palmer was fire and their sauce is great! It's weird to me that peopleexpect a perfect experience for a grand opening. I don't think they could've made the experience any better. Next step is tojoin the Caniancs Club! Read more
Excellent service! Especially for being newly open. Food came out fresh and hot... the chicken was juicy and not dry. Friendly... staff and laid back atmosphere. The place was pretty clean, too. Love the Raising Canes tiles by the front of the door. Nice odeto NOLA. Read more
