Every time I order from this Jimmy John?s my sandwiches are incorrect. I pay for extras, bacon and cheese and avocado spread, on... multiple sandwiches and the sandwiches do not have the extras. I just spent $50 last night and 3 of the 6 sandwiches were messedup. I am done with this JJs. Read more
We were here last Sunday. Service was terrible. We were told a cup of water costs $2. One of our tuna sandwiches didn?t have... tuna on one half of the sandwich. After that, we went to sit down and the table was covered in a soda spill. We asked for it tobe be cleaned, the worker said she couldn?t clean it. We ended up leaving and having to eat outside. I never leave bad reviewsfor places, but this experience warranted the bad review. Read more
No issues with the food or service (minus person making my sandwich touching his face to pull his mask over his face and then... touching my sandwich). My concern is with the cleanliness of the ice machine at the drink station. It was honestly disgustingand I'm considering tossing my drink. It the ice dispenser was filthy and covered with some sort of film. Even if it's from thehard water, I know it shouldn't be allowed to be that dirty. I know that salmonella can be present in ice machines/dispensersthat aren't properly cleaned and maintained frequently. Just a thought. Read more
My family orders from this location about once a week and I usually utilize the app because it?s easy to repeat the same... delivery order. Only 1 time out of probably 30 orders over the past year turned out bad - that?s a pretty solid record. That 1bad experience was met with a very concerned call from ?John? who is the Avon area Manager and the situation was resolved.Overall the quality is awesome even though the prices are expensive at around $30 for 4 subs but that feeds the family and it?salways fast. I appreciate the fact that Jimmy John hires youth in the community- I fully support that effort. Thanks to theJimmy Johns staff, employees, delivery drivers and the Area manager ?John? Good store, reliable sandwich quality every time. Will continue to buy sandwiches here. Only critique would be to do a better... job of putting online orders on the pick up shelf. Too often I sit in the store for 10-20min waiting for my food only to findout it was sitting behind the counter all that time. Read more
